How long does it take for items to be delivered?
United States: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand, UK: 2- 4 weeks
Canada: 2- 6 weeks
Other Countries: 2-5 weeks

Is there any way to receive my package faster?
If we’ve already shipped the item, no. If you require faster shipping, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org in advance and let us know what you’re ordering. We’ll create a special order for you with DHL or Fedex shipping (whatever is available in your area).
Where is my tracking number?
If you live in the US or Australia, your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it’s available, usually within 5 days of your order. Otherwise, feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com to find out where your order is. In most areas of the world, we’re limited to telling you when the product has been shipped to your country.
It's been weeks after the expected shipping time frame. I still did not get my order.

I only received a part of my order. When will I receive the other items?
If we’re able to process one part of your order faster, we’ll ship it out first. Rest assured that every item will be delivered. You may send us an email to check on the status of any remaining item if it has exceeded the approximate shipping time frame.
How do I install the decal?

I am leasing a car. How do I remove the decal?
Removing the decal is relatively easy - though it does take a bit of elbow grease. The way to do it is to apply heat with a hairdryer, peel off the sticker, and then take off the glue using something like goo-be-gone.
I received the decal but it has creases on it. What do I do?
Our decals are very durable. Creases and wrinkles will not affect the actual sticker. Lay down the decal and use a squeegee/credit card to smooth out some of the wrinkles and bubbles on the application tape. The decal is folded/bent, it won't lay flat on the car.
Solution: Lay the decal on a flat surface and put books/magazines on top of it. It will be ready to use the next day.
I peeled the wrong side. Is it ruined?
The front and back of some white/silver decals may look the same which may result to it being peeled off the wrong side. To avoid this from happening, only peel off a small portion of the clear film and check if the decal sticks – it is the back side, or you may simply take a photo of the decal with flash; the decals are reflective so the front side will glow (reflect light).
If the clear film was peeled of the wrong side, you may put the clear film back and squeegee it out. Peel off the other side and continue with installation.
I ordered a yellow decal but I received a gold one - or I ordered a white decal but I got silver.
Decals are made of reflective materials which cause the difference in color, however, the gold will shine yellow and silver -white at night upon contact with light.
The items are not what I expected. What is the return process?
We are sorry that the product didn’t meet your expectation. We do our best to make sure that what you see is what you get. We post as many photos of the the actual product as possible and put accurate descriptions such as size and materials used. We will be happy to replace the item with any product on our store that is close or with similar value of the product you have ordered.
I received the wrong item. How do I get what I ordered?

Can I see through the decal?
Some of the decals are not solid all the way so you may still see through them. E.g: Yellow and white cat rear wiper decals : https://www.ilovecatsocks.com/products/rear-wiper-cat-decal, the original dog rear wiper decal : https://www.ilovecatsocks.com/products/the-original-dog-rear-wiper-decal-yes-they-are-back-in-stock.
